GETTING & ALDHAHIR ENERGY COMPANY is a joint venture company established by GETTING  INTERNATIONAL ENERGY GROUP LTD. (incorporated in The Independent State of Samoa) and the AL  DHAHIR GROUP (owned by Sunni Muslim Iraqi leader Sheikh Tarik AL Abdullah) in The Hashemite Kingdom  of Jordan. It is abbreviated as GAC.

The major business of GAC is of the construction and operation of various types of power plants;  petroleum & chemical industry, natural gas; railway traffic, highway traffic; urban infrastructure construction;  comprehensive import and export trade,etc. GAC will play an important role in the economic development In the  Middle East, especially in the postwar reconstruction of Iraq
